Dan's
professional involvement in the entertainment
industry began at WTVJ, Miami, Florida as a field
producer and assignment manager. Though he enjoyed
the TV news business, Dan saw an opportunity to
combine his various interests in the media which
led him to the practice of law as an entertainment
attorney. Dan had a very successful practice that
included representing major recording artists,
labels, producers, television personalities, writers,
broadcast journalists, lifestyle experts and others.
Dan also distinguished himself as an expert in
the emerging world of cable television program
production and new media when he packaged the
television series Interior Motives to Discovery
Channel.
In 1998 Dan created Levin Entertainment Co., a
full service artist personal management company
which has grown into Associated Talent Management
"ATM". This new endeavor has allowed
Dan to take full advantage of his industry skills
now as a manager. In addition to the traditional
responsibilities of artist management, Dan is
well known for creating non-traditional revenue
opportunities for his clients via licensing agreements
with leading retailers and manufacturers that
include Office Depot, 3 Day Blinds, QVC, Home
Shopping Network, Better Life Media, AOL, Burlington
Coat Factory, Flexsteel, Catalina Lighting, Jo~Ann
Stores and many others.
Dan has also been recognized for his work in television
production earning multiple Emmy(TM) nominations.
In addition to ATM, he is also Chief Operating
Officer of Christopher Lowell Enterprises, LLC.
Dan is also very proud of his past service as
a firefighter and EMT.
Dan holds a BS from University of Miami and JD
from Cleveland Marshall and is a frequent speaker
on the entertainment industry to the ABA, law
schools and other highly recognized forums.
